Be among the first renters to enjoy this gorgeous condo! This spacious elegant luxury condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a large balcony with breathtaking views of Ole River, the Bay, pool and the Gulf. The condominium has a private beach walkway which leads to the beach.
The beautiful elegant coastal furnishings in this unit will take your breath away. This Bella Luna unit features a king bed in the master suite. The master bathroom offers a large Jacuzzi tub with a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom features 2 Queen Beds with an attached full bath. The unit has a queen size sofa-sleeper. There is plenty of seating on the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon drinks or dinner with the family. The unit has a full size washer and dryer inside and free wi-fi is provided. There are flat screen televisions in each of the bedrooms and living room.

Bella Luna offers 3 large outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, state of the art fitness center with TV's attached to equipment, a sauna, steam room, and a first come first serve tie-up area for your boat. There are charcoal grills and a picnic area overlooking the water. This condo is within walking distance of the Flora Bama and the Flora Bama Yacht Club. Beach access is just across the street. There are water views from every direction.
Chair rentals are available during the late spring, summer & early fall on the beach. Parking passes must be purchased onsite for an additional cost.
Bella Luna HOA policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25. Parking passes purchased upon arrival through the HOA with a maximum of 2 passes.
**There are boat slip rentals for $50.00 per day that you can rent by getting in touch with the Bella Luna front desk property manager given there are any slips to rent. **Boat trailers are NOT allowed to park on Bella Luna properties. Guest must make their own accommodations for their personal boat trailers.
A driver's license and a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

The condo was very nice, and a wonderful place for my family to stay while in Orange Beach. It was comfortable, great view, and we loved the private beach access. The only negatives (which wouldn't keep us from staying here again), were the lack in some necessities. There were no spare toilet paper rolls outside of the ones on the holder, so we had to buy our own. Only one packet of dishwasher detergent (i.e. could only run one load during our stay), no extra trash bags, etc. Definitely take your own pillow if you stay here (the ones here are super flat and seem to be 10+ years old). Outside of those things, the unit was a nice place for our family. We never reached out to the property management company about these things, because they really weren't deal breakers for us (just annoyances), but they were great at communicating with us prior to our arrival and checked in with us on our stay.

This condo was very nice. Plenty of space. The building itself is well maintained and the condo was perfect for our needs. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom in master is very spacious. The condo overall is spacious. We were very happy with this choice and will return again. The owner was very responsive and we always had great communication.

Nice quiet condo building across from the beach. Very quiet. Indoor and outdoor pools are nice. Multiple hot tubs. The backside is on the bay with boat slips. Our son fished out there everyday. Building is a little dated but overall well kept. Staff was very helpful.
Vacation was great! Condo was very spacious and clean no issues. Pools were nice and not crowded. We used the A dock for our boat, very convenient. Considering it is across the street from the beach, it is still not an inconvenience, easy walk. Ike’s beach service rented is an umbrella/chairs-the attendant was helpful and friendly. Signature rentals was very helpful and quick to respond when I had questions prior to check in. No issues on this trip, will definitely come back. Thank you!
