We enjoyed our vacation. Accommodations were great and we will definitely use this property again

I came with 4 of my pre-teen-teen grandchildren. The Black Pearl exceeded every expectation...close to the beach, shops, etc. Signature Properties was professional and very wonderful in making our vacation a great experience. I would recommend this rental to anyone!

Went on vacation with 6 adults and 1 child , and never felt cramped . Every room had bathrooms and spacious ! I don’t typically like going off for the weekend because I always feel over charged for the stay but this was great place at a good price !

This property is great clean and just perfect for a family vacation definitely will come back the only bad thing I can say is that the hot tub was out off order it wasn’t told when booked other then that it was awesome

We have been visiting Gulf Shores for many years and have always stayed in the same resort but chose to expand our horizons to be closer to food & fun and we are so glad we did! Black Pearl is a beautiful home in a great location. We enjoyed the option of a private pool or a short walk to the beach. Most minor issues we had were resolved quickly and professionally by the management team. There are a few updates needed - the kitchen chairs were worn out and the back door had a gap allowing bugs in. The only other suggestions we would make is a few more bath towels in each bathroom and to update the posting, as well as the info binder, with correct address, management phone number, and amenities. Other than that, the owners surely thought of everything from laundry baskets to a portable crib. It was a great week and we would definitely consider Black Pearl again!

The house is very nice, well equipped, and in a fantastic location. The hot tub and back patio TV were not working during our stay which were the only drawbacks. But the house itself is great - nice furnishings, comfy beds, large enough for 2-3 families.

House and grounds were exceptionally clean. Had everything we needed and more in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Plenty of kitchen supplies, storage everywhere, closets had plenty of hangars, and there's even utility closets that aren't locked for use. Loved that there is a washer and dryer on both levels. Julie at Signature Properties is PHENOMENAL!!! The only complaint we had with the house is that the garage is not available for guest use.

Perfect location. Everything was bright and clean. Appreciated having many bathrooms and two washers and dryers. Only thing we would change is more than one trash bag and beach chairs and toys would have been nice. Overall would recommend to any friends.

We really enjoyed staying at Black Pearl. The rooms were comfortable and well arranged. The pool area was a great spot to relax and it is an easy walk to the beach. The communication with the property management was very good. They were very prompt to answer questions and the process was seamless.

A very nice property that we would stay at this house again

We had never been to the area before but were really happy with everything. Black Pearl was perfect and exactly as described. It was clean when we got there and they even went out of their way with a few last minute requests. The more we drove around town and got familiar with the area, the happier we got with our decision on the property. Beach access was great. Items like blender, coffee maker, pots/pans were all there and working. The pool was perfect. All in all, it was a 10/10. I'd highly recommend and would absolutely rent it again.

What an awesome week staying at the Black Pearl. This was the first time we had ever stayed in a house and not a condo. Let me just say that I picked the perfect house. The family room and kitchen gave us so much room. We never felt crowded. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. The cookware and bakeware was like new. Bring a couple of extra kitchen towels from home, because they only provide you with one (which is normal at most places). Loved having a wet bar with the wine cooler, ice machine and two extra trash cans. A washer and dryer on the second floor was a plus, too. The outside pool area was extra nice. There is a wagon with pool toys that stayed outside. The grill in the pool area is charcoal. We loved the fact that there are no outside steps to climb. The only thing that our family wished for was chairs on the second floor balcony. Across the street is Island Outfitters and a and you walk right past a liquor store on your way to the front walk to the beach. A short walk to the left is restaurants (De Soto’s Seafood Kitchen, The Steamer Baked Oyster Bar and Cherry on Top, ice cream – All were good). We all hope that we get another opportunity to stay here again. I am not sure that I can find another place that my family will love better and I have already tried – because dates are blocked out for next year. Fingers crossed the owners will open it back up. -

Best vacation in the nicest house I have ever seen at the beach! Our group did not want to leave! Our suggestion: add more nights to your trip because you won’t want to leave either!

Excellent from booking to check our. The host was very responsive, the property was awesome, and location very convenient.

This property for our travel party of 9 very well. We had no issues with the property and any question we had was answered promptly. The pool was spot on, especially during red flag days. Although not on the beach, the 5 minute max walk was a breeze(even with 2 toddlers in tow). The proximity to shops and restaurants was perfect. We would stay here again if we ever visit this area again!

The rental property was immaculate! It was very clean and tidy. It really had everything you needed like hair dryers pots pans blenders etc. The private pool was great even though it was a little to cold to swim because the pool wasn’t a heated pool but my daughter didn’t seem to mind too much but I will definitely rent this property again and recommend it to my friends and family

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house with all the amenities you could want for a rental. We loved how close to the beach the house was located. The house was more than enough room for our 6 guests. The kitchen was well stocked and the open floor plan was great for hanging out.

It was exactly as described and more! This is our favorite rental we have had.

We enjoyed pizzas at Crisco’s and Mexican at Cactus Cantina. The Alabama Gulf zoo was great. We enjoyed putt putt at the Pirate’s. All of us had fun walking on the beach at night after dinner.

Absolutely loved this vacation home. Would definitely stay here again. We had terrible weather the week we stayed and I am glad we had such a nice house to stay in because we spent a lot of time indoors. Loved that they had 2 washers and dryers plus an ice maker.

We loved staying in Black Pearl. The owner has thought of everything.

I can't say enough good things about this house. The layout is perfect. We had adults in the 3 king rooms and kids in the bunk room. We cooked a lot while we were there. Kitchen is well appointed. Grill works great! Pool was well maintained, in fact we saw the pool guy twice while we were there. It's a short walk to the beach and many restaurants and bars. Good shopping is half mile in either direction.

This house is perfect for a beach get-away. It's close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool was a bonus and we loved it. I will book again.
