Absolutely perfect! Great space, wonderful location!

Overall we were extremely satisfied with the condo and everything was just as pictured. It was very clean and spacious for our entire family. If you have a truck, parking is difficult due concrete columns outlining half the spots. The showerhead in master bathroom could be replaced to make it easier but once we realize it didn’t adjust, we accepted and didn’t worry about it. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great. Wonderful location, beautiful view. There are a few updates needed. The beds(mattress)in both of the larger rooms need to be replaced. I expected a comfortable place to sleep and was disappointed. A few other updates in the bathrooms and this place would be perfect. The parking is also a little troublesome for larger vehicles, but can be managed. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend to others.

We had the best time in Orange Beach. Broadmoor 1205 had the best views of both the Beach & Bay Area. It’s beautifully decorated and comfortable. It’s location was close to area attractions and grocery stores. The beach service from
Ike’s was awesome. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the famous Flora-Bama. The property manager was so friendly, always answering questions promptly. The only negative about this unit was the shower in the Master Bath, the shower head really needs to be changed so you can adjust its direction. The shower can’t be turned on without the door being closed, otherwise water spews onto the bathroom floor. You want the water to be warm before getting in. The complex is the perfect size, an easy walk to beach. The parking garage is tight if you have a truck or large SUV but nice that you have covered parking. We will definitely book this unit again!! ☀️

The location was excellent, not near too many big resorts/condos. Plenty of beach space for May. This was our first time in the area and will definitely be back to broadmor 1205. Signature was great at answering questions.

This is a great getaway spot. Excellent top-floor view of the beach and set on a more secluded section of Orange Beach.

Positives: clean facility, beautiful view, nice location, good interior decorating and good furniture
Negatives: beds were lumpy, toaster does not work, drain in central bedroom shower/tub combination drains poorly and needs cleaned out

Our stay was perfect! The condo was absolutely gorgeous and spacious enough for my family. It was very clean, parking was easy. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Highly recommend this beautiful condo for your stay!!

The condo was beautiful and as described. There were a few noisy railing on the balcony, however, these would be a quick fix if choosen to do so. When windy these things were very loud and interrupted sleep. Unfortunately, the pool and hottub were poorly kept and the hottub actually was closed off for the majority of our stay. With cooler weather, it would have been nice to be able to sit in the hottub a bit. The management was great for the most but when it came to any of our complaints like the rails, pool, hottub...crickets. The condo itself was lovely though.

We loved the condo! Plenty of space and the views were great! Parking was a little dicey as we had a big truck and there was still come garage construction going on, but we were expecting that. We loved it so much we plan on booking it for next year too!

This was our second year staying in this condo. It is a great place with a few exceptions - parking and master bedroom shower. There is a small parking deck with extremely tight spaces and a third of it is closed for construction (we were not made aware of this prior to the stay). Additionally, we had two cars, which is allowed, however despite the limited parking still had to pay $50 (not the $40 advertised). The primary bedroom shower is impossible to use with getting the bathroom floor completely flooded. Taking a shower means having a strategy for jumping in/out to minimize creating a second pool in the 12th floor. Otherwise, the condo is comfortable and well decorated.

Had a great time. Everything is as it says. Plenty of room to spread out in this condo and the beach is not crowded. The huge back patio overlooking the gulf is my favorite place to start the day.

This rare, three bedroom and three bath condo was perfect for three couples! We spent so much time out on the balcony, so beautiful. Such a quick walk to the beach. Everything we needed was in the condo, including a great blender. We would have liked to been able to grill the fish that we caught. Not sure if it was our inability to figure it out but we were unable to turn on the shower in the master bath without it spraying water into the bathroom. Love to being able to walk to Flora Bama for bushwhackers every afternoon. Signature properties were so easy to work with.

Although the building is undertaking some updates, this particular unit is gorgeous. It’s very well decorated, clean, comfortable, with an amazing view of the Gulf. The boardwalk to the beach was under construction at the time, so it took us a little longer to get there, but worth the sandy trek.

Our stay here was the greatest blessing! We had to move from a different location not associated with signature. Julie came into the picture and was an angel! She was so easy to work with found us this great option and we enjoyed every second! Beach access is convenient being on the top floor with plenty of space to spread out for the family. Condo had comfortable beds and very clean with anything you could need during your stay! Absolutely recommend and look forward to a return trip!

Loved this place. Hint: The key is in a lock box in the stairwell with two other lock boxes, none labelled! Lots of figuring out to do, trial and error. Bring a flashlight for this. But worth it!

We loved our stay. Condo was clean and comfy. The condo was not busy even on Labor Day weekend. Our family of 6 had plenty of their own space and had a great time. Signature properties did a great job accommodating all of our needs.

This rental is great! The pictures are 100% accurate. The view is gorgeous with a big balcony. The kitchen has plenty of space and items to cook. Very clean and spacious. Will definitely rent again!

We have stayed at many places. The location of the condo was so convenient. Elevator was right by the room. The condo is very spacious and quiet. U are on the end and top floor so the views are fabulous!! Staff was wonderful too! We will definitely be back!!

We have visited Orange Beach for over 15 years. A dozen of those visits, we have stayed at several different Broadmoor condos. We love the low- density area and family atmosphere. 1205 is amazing! The condo is clean, comfortable and has gorgeous views from every room. Rental was easy and smooth. We will be back!

We have vacationed in Orange Beach for over 15 years. A dozen of those times we have stayed at Broadmoor due to the friendliness of the people and low density area. I am always on the search for the best sunset view. Broadmoor 1205 does not disappoint! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Our family will definitely be back.

We loved this condo; beautiful views from the 12th floor wrap-around balcony! With no tall building on the right, you can see a long way down the beach!

The master bedroom is wonderful and loved to have the window open while reading a book and feeling the breeze.

Wifi, cable, and can even work Netflix on the ROKU stick if you have an account! They kids were impressed with the ice maker and I loved having the ceiling fans!

Only a few issues - the room with the two twin beds was pretty small for two teens boys, the walk-in shower in the master is pretty tiny, and the plastic ware for leftovers need replaced - very few lids that match containers.

That being said, we would still give this condo a 5! We truly enjoyed the space, the view, and the accomodations!

Relaxing and wonderful stay! Loved the numerous windows and door walls which filled the condo with light due to both southern and western exposure. The views were absolutely gorgeous, the condo was clean and decorated in a neat, uncluttered manner. Signature Properties was very responsive. Really appreciated the fresh bedding - sheets and coverlets - as well. Loved the large beach and that this is a low density condo. Only suggestions would be painting the railings on the balcony and adding some newer cookware in the kitchen perhaps. Loved our stay and would rent again.

This is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in besides one in Destin. Amazing views , beautiful layout and tons of room for 4 adults and one baby .. we will be back for sure .

this is the first time we used VRBO and was tickled pink at how easy it was to use. The apartment was incredible we will be booking the same place next year.

Rey comfty condo with all that you need to have a great time. Roomy and the balcony was perfect. The only thing I didn’t like was the master bed was squeaky and not real comfortable. Everything else was well worth the price.

The condo was very clean. The beds were clean. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with everything needed for meal prep. I was a bit disappointed with the number of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags available. The railing did not seem safe for my two year old twins to be around and needs to be repaired. This is a place I would stay in again.

This unit was awesome! Great location, great view, very roomy, well furnished and we had a blast!!! We could not have asked for a better vacation!! We would definitely book this again!!!

Despite worries about covid19,protesting/riots,and let's not forget a hurricane;we had a wonderful time. Even though resturants were open, we did not feel comfortable going. Which was disappointing, because that is one of our favorite things to do while in vacation. Hopefully next time a virus will not be part of our trip!! The condo was gorgeous. Only main issue was the mattresses and pillows. None of them were comfortable. You could actually feel the springs. For a place that you are spending almost $4000 a week for, I feel a quality mattress should be part of the package. The pillows and mattresses all need to be replaced. Besides that the place was perfect!!!!!! Loved that the beach was just steps away from the condo. Felt very private, which we absolutely loved.

Totally recommend. Unit was awesome and was more than expected. Check in was easy and the rental company was in constant contact with us. Only downside was the dryer in the unit didn't work properly. No big deal.

We recently stayed at Broadmoor 1205 with friends and had a wonderful week. The condo was nicely appointed and access to the beach was super convenient. We had two rainy days, but there was outlet shopping within about a 20 minute drive and afterwards, we hung out in the covered hot tub. Rental agency was responsive to our questions about arrival and departure procedures and proactively checked in on us to ensure we had arrived safely. We would definitely stay at this unit again!

Had a great time. The only problem was the pull out couch. Was broke down and hard to sit in. Other then that everything was great.

We had a very comfortable stay! Best view of the ocean. Great space and layout. Equipped with everything you need to stay and make dinner but if not it’s also close to several restaurants. This is our second time to stay here and we look forward to returning! Thank you!

The views were just amazing! The lay out of the condo was very roomy. Furnishings were beautiful. The beds were comfortable. I did not want to leave. I could have lived at this condo for an eternity.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Broadmoor; however, there were several items that need to be addressed:
1. Several of the drapes would not open or close
2. Several of the hooks on the drapes had fallen off the track
3. The fan in the front guest bedroom was not working properly

Clean and perfect location. Close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. We enjoyed the stay very much! There was some wear and tear but overall very clean and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Beach wasn’t crowded at all when we went and the view is incredible from the condo. Will definitely stay here again!

We vacationed with our adult children and totally would recommend this unit. There were 6 of us and the unit was roomy so we never felt on top of each other. So close to the beach so easy to go back and forth to the room as needed. Beautiful Water! Clean Beach!

We just returned home from a wonderful week at The Broadmoor! This is my third year staying at this location, and my first time in unit 1205. My expectations were exceeded greatly. The condo has just about everything you need available to you. The property manager was amazing, and so very helpful when we needed an additional parking pass, and also with giving me a heads up for the delivery of a new washer and dryer. The views from the wrap around balcony are superb. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets for those who get chilly. It felt like home, and departing was hard for all of us. Thank you for a wonderful time, and were ready to come back!!!

This home was very cozy and perfect for my family vacation. I wouldve liked to seen the bathroom cleaner however. The shower walls had lots of soap scum same as the sliding doors in the main bathroom. There was also mold and mildew around the tracks of the door. I would say the only downside to the whole home is the porch it would be really nice if they treated the windows so the porch didnt get so hot and bright,!an awning Would work or a small pop-up gazebo but it was almost impossible to sit on the porch during the day it was so hot and bright.

We came for a quick 3 day getaway and stayed at the Broadmoor unit 1205. It was absolutely amazing. I usually have to bring my own cooking utensils and other things for the kitchen as most condos have the bare minimum BUT not this time. This condo was most well appointed kitchen I have eve been in!! Everything about this unit was amazing-the beds were so comfortable-the linens felt like high end thread count. The lay out of the place was open and full of light from the windows that lined the wall facing the Gulf. Tucker Shaver , the manager of this unit was great-kind and always there if I had a question. I will stay here every time for future trips.

We have stayed here every winter for many years. We love the location - about 4 minutes from the beach along. with the beautiful views along the Inland Waterway in the private back yard. The management company is quickly responsive to any issues. Indian Rocks is a very family friendly location with good restaurants and friendly residents. Its great for walking and bicycling and dog walking. The TV is great if you have an account with like Netflix, Amazon and such. Our only request, being seniors is to provide a working DVD player with a remote for subtitles. That aside, the house is in great shape and a home away from home.

Weve been coming to Gulfshores/Orange Beach for many years and have stayed in various condos. This was by far the nicest one weve ever stayed in. Great location, spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The wrap around balcony provided access to breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Owner was very easy to deal with. I highly recommend Broadmoor Unit 1205.

My family loved this location. The owner was gracious to work with at the last minute. The condo has a very homey feel. The balcony is huge and amazing. We have never stayed at a condo so close to the beach. All of the condos beach side in the area are on the beach but this condo is literally just feet from the ocean. The condo is upscale. There are a few maintenance issues that we pointed out, only because if we were the owners we would want to know so the lovely condo could be perfectly maintained. We will definitely return to this condo, hopefully in the spring with our entire family.

Beautiful Condo and Amazing Views in the Broadmoor 1205. This condo has higher end furnishings and is a great value!! Plenty of room and storage!!! The kitchen is Well Stocked and even has a Ninja Blender!! The bar also has an Ice Machine, which we enjoyed!! We have rented many condos on the Gulf in the past 12 years and this condo is on the top of the list for comfort! The bedrooms and baths all shut off and are separated from the rest of the condo!!! We really enjoyed our stay!!

We had a great time in Broadmoor 1205. The corner balcony was a huge plus. The rooms were large and perfect for two families. When we stayed, they were upgrading the internet so we didn't have Wifi the first day but after calling, they got it fixed the next day. Quick response!

Awesome place- so care free and easy to keep picked up with kids. Great place on the water in a nice neighborhood.

I wanted to take a minute to thank the Shaver's for a fabulous vacation. When looking for a summer getaway, it's so hard to see in the available photos exactly what you are paying for. Let me tell you, the photos don't begin to show how beautiful this condo is, how very spacious the layout is, nor how amazing the wrap around balcony is from the top floor. My family was is heaven! I have two little girls, 7 and 8, that raced to the balcony every morning to enjoy their breakfast...two of those mornings we watched a small pod of dolphins and two other mornings the water glistened with gold and silver from the schools of fish traveling. I'm 42 years old and and go to the beach nearly every summer and this was the first time I'd seen the fish glisten like that...and so many of them. It was a sweet feeling seeing my girls faces when watching the fish and dolphins. The weather was iffy on the app daily...but don't let that deter you, it was beautiful every day even though it did rain several of those days, but was gone as fast as it rolled in!! The confo was very clean and had anything we needed. The work out facility was nice and the pool was fabulous. Not the fanciest pool at the beach, but a nice pool with perfect depth for my family and quiet...adults and children enjoyed the pool while some sunned and read. The beach....oh the beach...the shortest little boardwalk to the beach and the sand was crazy gorgeous!! Chairs were available but we always carry our own and it was perfect. Absolutely perfect...private like our own little piece of heaven for 5 days. The Shravers are local owners, and they emailed me simple instructions and I never needed them although they were a quick call away. That we loved!! We ate sooo well , shopped some, played hard and thoroughly enjoyed the Broadmoor and the peaceful atmosphere of the entire condo facility. Such a blessing and precious memories made with my family!! We will definitely be back!! It was truly a spectacular stay!!

This home was very nicely equipped from high end cook ware to beach supplies. Communication was with property management was fast and easy. The location was just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and your own dock in the backyard to the inter-coastal. There are restaurants very close as well. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo was large and spacious, everyone in our party had their space for alone time, everything was provided for, beautiful view, not over crowded and minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Great customer service. A regular spot for us now.

Katherine and Tucker were VERY accommodating. The condo was missing a few items and they had them over to us in a flash. The condo was very clean and nice. Have stayed at the Broadmoor before and will again in the future.

We just love our visits to this home. For years we have looked forward to our vacation in this lovely location. The home is in excellent general condition and very clean. It has a wonderful water view and lovely glassed in sun room. Our only recommendations would be to provide a greater selection of pots and pans for those of us who cook regularly and to replace the squeaky bed in the second bedroom as it was loud enough to regularly wake the baby. Otherwise it is a heavenly stay.

We love staying in Indian Rocks. It is truly a peaceful and friendly beach area. There are lots of restaurants and nightlife but overall the area is more laid back and peaceful than many beaches. One would hardly know Spring Breaaak was occurring here. Stage folks at Seaside are extremely helpful and respond to any problem very quickly. We have been returning here every year since our children were young and highly recommend it's family friendly ambience.

This is our favourite vacation spot. We love the location. Four minute walk to the beach. Fabulous inland waterway view. Quiet location. Close to all amenities. Great rental staff are always helpful. The home is all tile and very easy to maintain and pet friendly.

Love the property and location. A very quiet location only 4-5 minutes from the beach. The Seaside Property Management are excellent and prompt to help with any issues. We have stayed here for several years and we love it's features with minor exceptions. The DVD player has no remote so subtitles are not accessible for those who are hearing impaired and the leather couch is very uncomfortable. The property is well equipped with a lovely view of the inland waterway. We love our home away from home!
