Cotton Bayou 5D

We loved staying at One Particular Condo! The condo is fabulously decorated, comfortable and super clean! The location is everything! We could park our boat in one of the slips and be on the water in minutes to enjoy the bay, gulf or a multitude of delicious restaurants . Just a short walk to the beach! We will be back for sure! ~The Burgess Family.

One particular condo is one of the nicest and best located places we have stayed! The place was very clean and the furnishings are gorgeous! It had everything we needed to feel at home, and to have the canal right behind us and a short walk to the beach across the street was perfect. Our peaceful morning walks on the beach consisted of many dolphin sitings! We were close to a grocery store and a few steps away from restaurants. We would highly recommend this beautiful condo! I stayed at this property for three nights during the second week of July 2024. The web description was accurate. The location is easily accessible to the beach, stores like Walmart or Walgreens, restaurants, etc. My only pain point was the washer and dryer which I found difficult to operate due to age. As a tennis lover, I brought my tennis racquets to hit balls with my children but the community tennis court is inoperable (however not under renovation). I do understand that it wasn't mentioned in the amenities.

We had a good time, the apartment was clean and confortable. This one had everything necessary to cook, it only needed a lemon juicer.

The condo is as advertised; updated, clean and accommodating to families. The location is ideal for beach access. We enjoyed the pool and amenities.

Very nice, everything was clean and well maintained. Appliances were a little touchy but other than that it was nice.

This condo is lovely and in a great location! It is very easy to get into and out of. It is beautifully appointed, with nice bedrooms, comfortable beds, and great sized bathrooms. The rooms were open, bright and very clean. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely go back! I found my Happy Place at OBA!

The Cotton Bayou 5D is a great condo, in a great town. We had a perfect view of the pool, so the older kids could play without us being right there. We brought a small fishing boat, and had plenty of room for parking, and intercoastal access right from the property.

Loved it. Beautiful place and enjoyed the stay.

We recently spent a girls getaway weekend in unit  5-D at Cotton Bayou Condominiums and couldn't have been more pleased! The furnishings in this recently refurbished condo are beautiful, but also very comfortable. Here are my top 15 reasons we loved staying in this condo:1.Their housekeeping service made sure everything was spotless and we had everything we needed.2.The under-the-condo parking made loading and unloading so easy. 3.There were 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, so we didn't have to share.4.The living room/ dining room/ kitchen area was roomy and open with plenty of space for 6 people.5. There was a large TV and Wifi was provided.6.The kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials including pots, pans, microwave, coffee maker, plates, etc.7. If you need something from a grocery store, there is a Publix practically next door.8. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the beautiful pool with our morning coffee and evening cocktails.9. This was one of the most comfortable beds in which I have ever slept. The sheets were so luxurious and the mattress was heavenly!10.The beach is just across the street. It's close enough to walk, however because we took so much "stuff" with us, (chairs, towels, drinks, snacks, etc) we drove and parked in the huge public parking lot right next to the beach.  A public bathroom with an outdoor shower was located in the parking lot, which was very nice.11. The beach is GORGEOUS with tropical looking blue water and miles of powdery white sand, perfect for long walks. 12. After being at the beach all day, it was so convenient to have a washer and dryer in the condo. 13. If we had brought a boat, which we didn't, we could have docked it right behind the condo at their marina.  14. We chose to eat at restaurants for every meal! We never went to the same place twice and we still have a long list of possibilities for the next trip. Plus, it was all delicious!15. This condo is in a great location, close to everything and yet it feels secluded and quiet. We absolutely loved staying here and cannot wait to go back again!
