Enjoy both Gulf and Bay Views in this 4 Bedroom/2 Bathroom home that sleeps 8. The impressive living space is created by a warm, welcoming interior and comes equipped with a flow-through living/dining area and a good-sized living room.
This is a pet friendly property with the approval of Signature Properties. No more than 2 dogs and must be under 25lbs each. My pet rule is as follows:??
One DOG weighing 25 lb, flat pet fee of $200, if bring two flat pet fee of $300.? Must be crate trained and crated when left alone. IMPORTANT NOTE: We LOVE to welcome responsible owners, but please show good judgment in leaving your dog alone in a strange place for minimal amounts of time - my guideline is 5 hours. If you plan on leaving your dog longer than 5 hours you must use an off-site pet sitting service.? Proof of rabies vaccine and vet-grade flea/tick medication required. Please email copies of both paperwork from your veterinarian and a recent picture of your dog within 48 hours of booking or booking will be cancelled.? Any excess noise or barking will be reported to local authorities in order to preserve a quiet environment for our neighbors. If continues guest will be required to leave without refund.? Dog waste: You must clean up any animal waste with a dog bag. Seal and dispose in trash can.? If anything is damaged during or after your stay please contact us immediately so we can arrange to have it replaced or repaired for our next guests.

Bedroom 3 offers guests 2 Twin Size Beds while Bedroom 4 has a queen size bed. Bright and breezy, the second bathroom features a walk-in shower and vanity sink. Towels/washcloths are provided. No need to stress with the vacation laundry pile up! This home offers full-size washer and dryer.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

The house was great!!4 huge bedrooms. Nice bar and table to eat at. Everything was so nice. I would definitely recommend to others. The back porch was nice for coffee drinking in the morning and relaxing in the evening!!

We had a great time staying here for our spring trip. Host was super nice and checked regularly to see if we needed anything. For the cost, you will have trouble finding a better house.

If staying away from crowds, high rises blocking your view, and commercialization at the beach is your goal, Fort Morgan Beach is the place to go. Make a good grocery list to reduce your trips into Gulf Shores for groceries, and you can spend days on end at the quiet and peaceful beach. "Mellow Yellow" is a spacious and comfortable home with a well-stocked kitchen. Everything was clean, bright, and attractive.

Everything was a great stay house wonderful the only issues I would say was there needs to be a walkway or stepping stone from where you wash sand off your feet to get back on the porch had to walk back in sand to get to steps but no worries there great place love the location will be back in the future

We stayed for 10 nights & were only given 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels & no Kleenex. We had no lights under the house working & no hall lights in the house working. I did call the property Mgmt Co. & they offered to send maintenance but that didn’t work for our schedule. We have stayed in Ft Morgan several times & never had this lack of paper products or dish cloths/towels available to us! We did a through cleaning & found long black dog hair, some food & a dog toy under the couch (wasn’t from our short haired dog). The house is nice & the location isn’t bad but there isn’t a clear path to the beach. Overall it was a great experience & we would stay there again. We had another house rented that had been double booked & Signature Properties was very easy to work with.

The Mellow Yellow was the best beach house. It was so cute, exactly like the pictures, and it came with everything we needed. Just steps away from the beach made this home away from home hard to leave.

Mellow Yellow is a very nice house and short walk to beach. Chairs, umbrella, canopy, and beach wagon all provided. Management company sent us texts with all the fireworks shows since we were there on the 4th of July which was great because they sent more than what we found on google.

First time staying @ Ft. Morgan. Really enjoyed our stay, nice area & not conjested. House is very nice, plenty of room. Fishing area near buy, beach was a short walk. I will say for future renter's the description states 4th bedroom with bunks. That has been changed to a queen bed, did not make a diff. in my situation. Also I would suggest adding stools to the bar for adequate meal time sitting. Over all great house & area, very pleased. Will return again.

We had an wonderful stay at the house, walking distance to the beach, great kitchen and very good knives for chopping. We had one issue with the A/C, as it was not cooling the house. I texted the maintenance site, they responded immediately, sent someone w/ in the hour, who then sent an A/c person within the hour. Problem solved immediately and efficiently. Excellent service and response. I will certainly rent with a Signature property again.

This home was well maintained and very comfortable. Not too far of a walk to the beach.The kitchen was spacious as we enjoy preparing meals at home and home is how we felt during our stay here.Julie Boles with signature properties was great to work with and her communication was excellent. fort Morgan is a quiet place yet close to town for other dining and entertainment.
House was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We used the washer/dryer and kitchen daily and appreciated the working ice maker. We also enjoyed the large back porch. And we loved the super easy check-in/check-out! It was one of our best family vacations.
