Property is in a great location! Description accurate regarding layout, location. Bed comfortable. Beach is beautiful! Unit needs a little attention to maintenance/ general upkeep, attention to details. Smells like mildew unless ac is turned low. Kitchen was well stocked. Property management company very attentive, helpful with information, great customer service.

The condo was perfect for our vacation. We stayed a little over a week. The condo had all of the necessities and the rental company was very easy to work with. Communication with the company was excellent.

It was amazing. The communication was great and they were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I spent two months at this charming condo located in the best possible location in Gulf Shores. I felt that Signature Properties went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and memorable. I would stay with Signature Prooerties again!

This trip was a sister weekend to celebrate our birthdays and recent retirement for us all!! We had a great time!! The rental was perfect!! We were right on the beach with our balcony overlooking the beach!! We love it!! Perfect place for the three of us!!

Weekend trip for a little R&R and this was perfect. We enjoyed the beach and coffee in the morning from the balcony. Also short drive to restaurants, etc.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. May of been our most enjoyable in our 5 consecutive years going to our Alabama beaches. Weather cooperated the entire time and the condo was Excellent. I liked the extra chairs on a slightly larger than normal patio. 2 Full Baths allowed my wife to have her own setup which was great.. Only detraction was the construction next door but that's life i reckon. Location was as good as we've ever had.

This rental is very clean and nice. We had perfect weather during our stay. If you would like to enjoy a glass of wine you need to bring a corkscrew. They also have a room downstairs where you can leave or borrow any beach chairs umbrellas or toys. This was convenient for us. We didn’t have a lot of room in our car to pack all of our beach items. It says take one leave one.

From the moment I inquired about the unit my experience was top notch. Super nice to work with. The unit was perfect for us! The location is very nice. The grounds of the property are well maintained. We would rent here again. Highly recommend!

Very clean, great place, great patio. We used the outside pool, inside pool and the hot tub, all were great! Grills worked great and were clean. We plan to be back. The manager was very quick to reply to our questions.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The balcony had plenty of furntiture and was comfortable.The accent wall was a nice touch. All the appliances functioned well and the unit was well maintained. The recliner was comfy. Management comunicated well. Overall, the Royal Palms property appeared clean and well maintained. No complaints, would be happy to stay here again. Thanks for a nice experience.

Nice newly updated unit with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and right next door to a state park.

every thing was great except the key in the condo did not work. Was stuck out side the condo for more than 15 minutes. So we took the lockbox key to Lows and got a key that worked. had a little trouble getting the water temperature right in the little bathroom.
