Wind Drift 401SE - Beach Side

We had a wonderful week with our family of 4. The condo met all of our needs. We hope to return next year!

This is a beautiful condo and great location on the beach being it’s the last condo on the beach for a long stretch. The condo was clean and I love the decor. The master bed could use an upgraded mattress, it was not comfortable. The queen in the second bedroom is amazing! I would recommend buying a whole new pan set. There is just one pan (small size) that you can cook on which makes it difficult when you’re cooking for 5 people like me. There was a crockpot, which I was really happy about! Overall it was nice, but could use some upgraded items to make the stay even better for the price. I will say Julie was so very nice and made sure I knew she was available at anytime and that goes a long way!

The place was clean, comfortable and had enough space for a family of 5. Conveniently located and steps away from the beach or the community pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and beautiful!!! It had everything we needed. The beach was just steps away and not crowded at all. This was our first visit in the Fall. We loved it and will definitely be back! Property was great; wished had a few business within walking distance.

We have rented this condo for the past 3 years, it has always been a nice and relaxing vacation for us there. We absolutely love it.
However, just wanted to mention this year
there was a drain bug issue, (little black flies). When we did report it they came right out and put something in the drains, it kept them away till our 2nd to last night, then they seemed to start coming around again. Also, if you rent this condo bring some oven mitts (there are none, at least I couldn't find any) and maybe a dish towel or two, there is only 1 there. Because it was so warm and humid during our stay and a red flag for the beach we spent more time in the pool than the ocean, that being said the pool seemed to have been neglected as far as it being cloudy, could have used some extra chlorine. Other than that, can't wait to go again.

Great location with plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 1 baby. The only reason I didn’t give an all 5 star rate was because the unit could have been cleaner. However, this wasn’t a major issue and was somewhat expected since we were checking in on a very busy Saturday. Will definitely stay here again.

Julie was amazing and easy to work with. 401s beach side was a beautifully decorated room with everything we needed! The under the counter ice maker was a huge hit! The Kitchen had a nice variety of pots and pans. The large refrigerator made it easy to keep everything we needed on hand! The storage closet for beach items was nice as well! Knowing Julie was a text away was a huge comfort! This location was perfect!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Orange Beach. This condo comfortably slept 6 adults. Loved morning coffee and the view from the balcony. This is a very nice condo and we will return. Highly recommend.

We all enjoyed this cozy condo with plenty of space for our party of 5. We loved the proximity to the quiet beach (compared to other areas along orange beach), the pool and view of the beach from our patio.

We had a great vacation and stay at this wonderful condo. Everything was perfect; just as described! Customer service and communication was spot on- we will stay here again!!

We stayed for 6 days. The condo is incredibly clean and very well decorated. We have stayed in Wind Drift before, but not in this unit. The location is great if you are wanting a more relaxed beach experience, but still close to all shops, etc. Love using the beach chair/umbrella rental right outside your door, just steps away to the amazing beach! The property manager, Julie, was very helpful and attentive. We absolutely loved our stay and will stay again.

The condo had plenty of room for 4 of us and a large dining room table and ample seating in the living room. Newly remodeled and the decor was very beachy chic. Facilities were well maintained and nice pool. We’d stay here again.

Accomodations were perfect for our weekend stay; had toys & chairs to use-view facing beach AND a pool!!! Really nice updated renovations; no contact check-in was a breeze & mgmt staff soooo nice & professional!

This place was terrific! Updates made the place feel brand new. So clean. Location was great. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels,etc. the view was lovely and the beach was fantastic. Would highly recommend this place!

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. The condo is beautiful and equipped with everything you need, except for food of course. The location is also great, no need to leave the condo with the pool and ocean right outside the balcony doors. Restaurants are within minutes of the condo and Florida is right down the street lol. One issue I had was the mattress in the master bedroom, it has a dip on the side, when you first get in you have to go to the middle of the bed or you can easily roll right out of bed. I believe one guest had issues with their mattress as well. Other than that I highly recommend you stay here.

for less than the price of a reasonably priced nice hotel, we stayed in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo on the 4th floor end unit. lots of natural light and a spectacular view of the ocean. loved watching the dolphins and pelicans. the beach is literally steps away and so clean and free from crowds and spring breakers (we stayed the second week of march). the condo was also impeccably clean, furnishings were lovely and comfortable. bathrooms-specifically the toilet areas are quite small but you are not going to (hopefully) spend much time there! plenty of stores and good restaurants close by but we enjoyed preparing some of our own meals in the kitchen which saved even more money. great place to spend a quiet week getting to know your family all over again

The condo was nice. It had everything that we needed. Only issue we had was the wind whistling through the door. Don’t know if new weather stripping would help. I did find a toy car under the couch and a hair tie stuck to the bedroom wall.

We were very pleased with the rental of Wind Drift 401 SE. It was very roomy and recently updated, very tastefully done, spotless and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Colors throughout the condo were soft and warm. Being an end unit made it very quiet. Balcony was large and lounge chairs made it nice to read a book. View was beautiful from the balcony, you felt like you were on the beach itself without having your toes in the sand. Location was perfect, close to a lot of restaurants. The management was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Little touches like having lamps on in all rooms and leaving snacks for us in the kitchen when we entered the condo was a warm welcome Master bathroom toilet and shower area were a bit small. But, that is the only complaint I can think of - we would definitely rent this condo again! Beautiful and perfect! Maintenance work is being done to the ceiling as you enter the building to get to the elevators, but other than that, building is well maintained. Love that this condo is located in a small complex.

The condo was spacious, exceptionally clean and the bedding was very comfortable. Corner balcony with fabulous view. Close to the beach. We loved it!

Nice place ,but the unit was a little dirty and there were no paper towels or toilet paper left for us as a starter. Not a good way to start after a long drive if you are expecting promised items to be there. The renovated unit was nice.

Beautiful, well appointed, conveniently located condo sleeps 5 guests comfortably. Signature Properties staff were so kind, attentive, & professional. Guests should be aware that the living room area has only enough seating for 4 people (2 cushioned wicker chairs and a small couch that has only 2 seats). So pack a comfortable chair if you and your family like to relax together in the evening.
Another thing to be aware of is that in the master bedroom, there is frame without a door/privacy divider separating the bathroom vanity area from the bedroom area. As a guest I would like to have known these details, but even knowing I would absolutely rent this condo again and plan to in the future. It was great!

We were celebrating a birthday and this was more than perfect! Wonderful location and beautiful inside and out!!! This place is very spacious and has plenty of room that makes you feel extremely comfortable! The bedding was fabulous and the bathrooms are exceptional! Love Love Love!!! Oh and the view of the Gulf was so peaceful having our coffee in the mornings and wine at night!
