What else do you need in summer other than a beach and the crashing waves of the Gulf of Mexico? Summer along the Gulf Coast of Alabama is perfect for those wanting to unwind and relax in the water. Enjoy the long summer days here where you can spend each evening basking in the sun, or stop at one of the many beach restaurants for cocktails as the sun goes down. You may experience a rain shower or two, both they typically don't last long -- just enough to rinse off the sand from your day on the beach!

Fall

Winter
We trade fluffy white snow with sugar sand in the winter, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Winter along the coast of Alabama boasts mild temperatures perfect for spending outdoors. It's the perfect time of the year to explore the area's nature at the Fort Morgan Historic Site or Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge.
