Really enjoyed my stay. Great place

Great Experience!

We stayed here with 8 adults and 10 kids over labor day weekend. Overall it was a great time, the few issues we encountered the staff was quick to respond to.

We enjoyed our stay at Osprey Nest! Very spacious, clean and comfortable..we really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area.

Osprey Nest is a great property for a large family vacation (there were 17 of us!). The house is will equipped for entertaining a lot of people, the location inside the gated community (Kiva Dunes) is amazing, and the inclusion of a Pool and Golf Cart on-site really made the trip. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy a quieter part of the beach with their vacationmates.

The house and Kiva facilities are exceptional. There were 10 of us there with plenty of room to spread out and come together. Only problem was that Amazon service isn't as fast there as it is in Atlanta, I guess I am spoiled. A great time was had by all.

Overall the house accommodated our group well in terms of space. The golf cart access was a very nice addition and came in very handy based on where the property was located. We didn’t use it much but the swimming pool on the property was good to have as well. A few minor things we thought could be better would be adding more drinking cups, bowls and general dishes in the kitchen. It was also a little disappointing not to have seating on some balconies or enough seating to enjoy the upper decks. Some had no seating and off the main living room, there were 2 chairs. The living room seating was limited as well unless using the dining room table. There was plenty of seating for meals at the table and around the counter. We thought the house needed a good cleaning as well.

We have stayed at Kiva Dunes many times with our family, but this house takes the cake!! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep! Great heated pool, golf & location-near other pools, tennis court & beach! Our questions were responded to right away! The new cleaning crew did an amazing job, & we CAN’T WAIT to go back!

Absolutely amazing

We had a wonderful time during our stay.
We did have a few issues: the dishwasher didn't work properly, the pool was not heated upon arrival (they did send the maintenance person to correct the issue), a leak in the 3rd floor bathroom that dripped onto the kitchen counter.
Overall the house was wonderful and everyone had a great time. There was plenty of room for the 6 adults and 7 children.
When we had an issue and reached out for help, we were contacted by Julie and she strived to correct the issue.

This home is modern, super clean, and has tons of space for a big group. The amenities are top notch and the outdoor kitchen/patio/pool area is very cool with a nice ambience to hang out in for a lot of people.

There's tons of room for parking in the long driveway for everyone in your party and the house is directly across from another larger pool and tennis court. It's off by itself too in the neighborhood so very nice for privacy.

The owner/property manager was top notch. Small issue we had was handled immediately and with care. She was super friendly and accessible.

If you're looking for a big group vacation spot in Ft Morgan area, this is truly a must! Highly recommend.

It’s a bit of a drive for North Carolinians but we wanted to meet “halfway” with out Texas kin.
1. Great coastal area, friendly people.
2. Nice private beach community - great beach access - not all crowded. Access to the beach club, a winner.
3. Good house - plenty of room for our large family- private pool a big hit. Management folk were very accommodating.

We had a fabulous time. The house was great. Kids really enjoyed the private pool. Signature Rentals were very helpful through the whole process.

First of all, let me say that we had an amazing vacation! The beach was beautiful, clean and not over crowded. The house has an awesome private pool as well as being directly across the street from the community pool and tennis court. The home wasn't quite as clean as I had hoped and definitely needed some work. The kitchen faucet was broken and sprayed water everywhere and the 2nd floor shower was leaking through the floor and left a mess on the first floor every time it was used. There was also drainage issues in one of the 3rd floor showers. All of this being said, the home is fantastic, in a great location and not too far from the beach. The included golf cart is wonderful for hauling everyone to the beach entrance. The issues we had were minor in comparison to how much we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely consider returning in the future!

We had our family vacation at this property and it was fabulous. The inside of the house was very clean. The balconies could have used a little upkeep, but not a big deal. Customer service was SPECTACULAR! We would definitely go back again to this location. The only thing I wish we would have known was that you have to register at the lodge in order to order drinks/food at the beach club.

The house could not have been more perfect. The amenities were fantastic and it is the perfect space for entertaining. I will definitely return in the future! I also can't say enough good things about Julie with Signature properties who helped with the booking. She was so beyond accommodating and absolutely wonderful!

We had a great time! Everything we could’ve possibly needed for a good time was there! Pool was nice and warm upon arrival. Very entertaining!

House description was spot on. It was very clean and well furnished. Loved the golf discount you get with Kiva Dunes for staying at this property.

We were more than please with the amenities offered in this spacious home. Our group of 13 had plenty of space in this home, and when we wanted a little "away time" from each other, this home offered the space to do that! Beautiful decor, clean, more than adequately stocked with supplies, wonderful private pool, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit all made our stay so easy and fun. It was an easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The kids were able to ride bikes around the quiet neighborhood. And the internet worked perfectly. We've stayed other places where this was a problem. Highly recommended!

We had a group of 7 adults and 2 kids and we had MORE than enough space for everyone! The house was spotless! Julie was incredibly responsive and never got frustrated with me and my questions! We will stay here again and again!

Great house & location. Would have been perfect if it were clean. Dust & cobwebs everywhere, filthy shower & tub, rotting garbage in outside kitchen. But once WE cleaned it up we enjoyed a fantastic week. Great outdoor & pool area. The golf cart was a bonus.

We took our three grown children and their families and had a wonderful time in this beautiful home and beach area.

The perfect getaway!

Wonderful house!

Just returned from a six day stay at this wonderful place. The house is in a great location with a quiet section of the beach, the pool was terrific, and the home beyond words for our family of seven adults and two infants. Stay in and cook some of your meals in the fantastic kitchen and dining area or drive a mile or two in either direction for multiple food choices. Our adult kids were very impressed. Great place!!
