This unit has everything that you could want for your dream vacation. Comfortably sleep 12 in this unit with a king in the master bedroom, a king in the first guest room, 2 full size beds in the third bedroom and 2 queen sized sleeper sofas in the unit.

*No guests under the age of 25 unless approved by Signature Properties. A driver's license must be uploaded and a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
PARKING AT TURQUOISE PLACE
All guest reservations are subject to a Guest Vehicle Registration fee of $50.00 per vehicle per stay for up to TWO vehicles. This fee must be paid in advance at the time of booking. Parking onsite in the garage is only guaranteed for up to 2 vehicles registered in advance. Any vehicles not registered in advance are subject to the overflow parking fees, BASED ON AVAILABILITY.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. We have stayed in a lot of units at Turquoise. This unit is our favorite! Beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook (pots, pans, knives, etc), and the living spaces were set up nicely.

Thank you Signature Properties, we've been to Orange beach 4 times, staying at Turquoise place every time. Turquoise place is a beautiful luxury condominium facility, and every time we stay we've had beautiful rooms, however this room by far has been the best. We liked everything about it, views, amenities, appliances, beds, TV's, the bar, hot tub....there are so many amenities, we didn't even have time to use them all. Everything in this condo was high end, extremely clean, like brand new. In addition to how well we enjoyed the condo itself, you couldn't ask for a better management team. They were very helpful, very detailed in all information shared, we were well prepared before the trip, and they even checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back.

This was our first stay at The Turquoise Place and we will definitely be back. The property management, Signature Properties, was amazing. We have stayed in Orange Beach the last four winters and no other property management company has come close to the attention we had this year. They were very easy to get a hold of and always found out the answer to our questions. Communication before arriving was excellent.
The condo itself was all one would need and then some to stay in Orange Beach. Very clean and organized with plenty of kitchen supplies and lots of bath twoels to use. We will definitely book this unit again.
As far as the property it is one of the best kept up on the beach.

Overall this rental was great. We had a great experience. It's hard to imagine how nice it is to be on the 5th floor, which is only actually 2 foors up, as the first 3 are parking areas. 5th floor is only 1 floor up from the lazy river as well, which the kids loved and we spent a lot of time at. My only gripe is how much time is lost between check out and check in time. Check out is 10:00AM Check in is not till 4:00 PM. By the time family starts unpacking and trying to get ready, there is not much time left for the beach after checking in. 4:00PM check in time is way too late and It was frustrating for us, other than that the place and floor location was amazing.

The kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs - though no extras (like leftover spices, coffee filter, etc from previous guests; we have had that in almost all other units we have stayed in at this location in the past). Beds were very comfortable. The cleaning company at this resort needs to change how they mop the floors - always leave feet black on bottom.
