Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
We stayed five days in this unit in late September and had a wonderful time! Couldn't have asked for better weather! We saw magnificent sunsets from the back deck of the unit looking out onto Old River and Ono Island. Also from the back deck, we spotted a couple of dolphins swimming around and enjoyed seeing our resident blue heron every day near the boat slips. The unit was beautiful!! It was well-furnished and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and we lacked nothing for the few meals we prepared. But why cook when we were so conveniently located near good, reasonable restaurants!? (These are a few good restaurants we enjoyed eating at: Luna's, Acme Oyster Co., LuLu's, Kitty's Kafe; and, for dessert and snacking, we got a Chantilly Cake from the bakery in Rouse's supermarket! So good!) The private beach we had easy access to was fabulous! We spent many hours walking the beach and sea shell hunting. Loved that soothing surf sound! Bottom line: I would highly recommend this property!
